Spacing
 
-Typically spacing for a sit down dinner event with food servers is 15 sq ft per person, 12 sq ft for sit down buffet style per person, stand up cocktail party 10 sq ft per person.
-Please take into consideration your needs for additional sq footage for dance floors, bars, serving tables or additional tables not being used for guests.
 
Set up
 
-Please allow additional clearence of a minimum of 3' perimeter around canopy/tent for securing with stakes or a minimum of 5' for water barrels.
-Additional fee will apply for water barrels to secure the tent/canopy if it cannot be staked in the ground.
-Set up of canopies, tents, dance floors, staging, lighting is included in rental cost. Draping, table, chair, linen is a additional set up fee.
 
City permits and Fire permits, if needed, are to be obtained by the customer prior to the event.
